CEO and Chairman – Tsahi Merkur
Tsahi Merkur is the CEO and owner of the SUCCESS GROUP, a leading international business organization. This group of companies is active internationally in areas such as real estate, parking services and infrastructure, manpower and hitech. His years of experience of supplying first-rate services to millions of drivers, provided Mr. Merkur with the close familiarity and the understanding of our target markets' sensitivities and the needed solutions for both real estate partners and e-car drivers.
Mr. Merkur is a prominent figure in the Israeli business community and is the Chairman of the Israeli Parking Lot Association. He is the conceptor and founder of Success Charging.
Yaron Hillel – VP Marketing
Yaron Hillel is Vice President Marketing of Success Charging and has been with the Success Group for the last seven years. In his role within Success Charging, he in charge of developing international business relations with leading automotive industry players as well as real estate potential partners. Previously in Success Parking, he was in charge of marketing, especially developing the corporate client market, purchasing of income-producing properties, financing and more.
Before joining the Success Group, Yaron Hillel was VP Marketing, Sales and Business Development in Global-Tech, a company specializing in high-level utility systems. He also has many years of marketing and sales experience in the furniture industry.

Rami Holtzman - Chief Financial officer
Rami has over 20 years of experience in top management positions with international corporations. He served as the CFO of the International Division at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. At H.J. Heinz Company he was CFO of Eastern European Division, Managing Director of Heinz Israel and CFO of Heinz Israel. At American Airlines he fulfilled a scope of positions in the Finance, Revenue Management and Operations departments. He has led processes such as corporate re-organization, due diligence, budget planning, company integration, M&A and road shows, all in the highest levels of business environment.
Rami holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Gil Shai - VP Human Resources
Gil brings an extensive experience in global HR management from various multinational high tech companies. Before joining Success Charging, Gil served in HR leadership roles at Amdocs, supporting business units operating in North America, Europe, India, Asia Pacific, South Africa, Central America and Israel.
Previously, Gil served as an HR Director at Polycom Israel (formerly Accord) and Tower Semiconductor. Gil has a Master Degree in Social Psychology from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Yigal Plot – Chief Technology Officer
Yigal Plot has over 30 years of experience in electronic and computer engineering. As CTO of Success Charging he is in charge of all scientific and technological subjects, and concerned with "big picture" and long-term issues.
Prior to joining Success Charging, Yigal Plot has worked at the Israel Aircraft Industries MBT research and development plant, and participated in the development of large military systems. In the last decade he spent several years in England, studying for a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
