CEO and Chairman – Tsahi Merkur
Tsahi Merkur is the CEO and owner of the SUCCESS GROUP, a leading international business organization. This group of companies is active internationally in areas such as real estate, parking services and infrastructure, manpower and hitech. His years of experience of supplying first-rate services to millions of drivers, provided Mr. Merkur with the close familiarity and the understanding of our target markets' sensitivities and the needed solutions for both real estate partners and e-car drivers.
Mr. Merkur is a prominent figure in the Israeli business community and is the Chairman of the Israeli Parking Lot Association. He is the conceptor and founder of Success Charging.
Dan Knoller – Senior Advisor to the Board
Mr. Knoller has more than thirty years of professional experience in the highest international levels, specializing in business development, fundraising, M&A and financing. His main fields of activity are real estate, insurance, high-tech and communications. Among his projects, Dan was responsible for introducing Bell Atlantic (today Verizon), Arco Group (U.S fifth largest oil company), U.S.TELL and Telephonica (PTT of Spain) to Israel. Dan worked with Bazan and Israel Petrochemical group on a $500 Million Ethanol refinery project in Brazil.
Owner, Chairman and CEO of Windsor Trust Investment Group, a private holding company specializing in insurance investment, financing and real estate. Director of International Business Development of Ferris Holding Inc., an R&D company specializing in methods of food & beverage enhancement and medical applications.
Vice Chairman of Pay it Simple, a joint venture between private investors and Leumi Card owned by Bank Leumi, one of the 50 largest banks in the world. Mr. Knoller has graduated from Haifa University with double major B.A. in 1978.

Yaron Hillel – VP Marketing
Yaron Hillel is Vice President Marketing of Success Charging and has been with the Success Group for the last seven years. In his role within Success Charging, he in charge of developing international business relations with leading automotive industry players as well as real estate potential partners. Previously in Success Parking, he was in charge of marketing, especially developing the corporate client market, purchasing of income-producing properties, financing and more.
Before joining the Success Group, Yaron Hillel was VP Marketing, Sales and Business Development in Global-Tech, a company specializing in high-level utility systems. He also has many years of marketing and sales experience in the furniture industry.

Eyal Blum, Advocate – VP Corporate and General Counsel
Eyal Blum is in charge of various areas within SC, including strategy, operations, regulatory responsibilities and managing the worldwide legal activities of the group.
Eyal Blum was a Vice President Operations and General Counsel in a group of international companies specializing in wireless RF telecommunications, electronic components for medical devices, military and security industry. The global activity included dealing with leading global manufacturers such as GE, Siemens, ECI, Intel, 3M and FujiTsu. His managerial experience includes entrepreneurship, operation and senior management.
Eyal Blum has 12 years of legal corporate experience, specializing in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Banking, Real Estate and Litigation. Eyal Blum is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees in Business Administration and L.L.B. degree from I.D.C. and is a certified mediator graduated from Bar-Ilan University.

Yoram Nir - VP Sales & Business Development
Yoram Nir has over 28 years of International Sales, Business Development and Delivery experience in diverse technological fields ranging from the Solar industry to telecommunication infra-structure, Billing solution for Telco’s and Corporations.
Prior to joining Success Charging, Yoram Nir was active as a consultant in the Solar industry. VP Sales & Business Development with MTS, a Corporate Call Accounting & Billing solutions provider. VP Business Development with C-Mer Industries and Asian Region Manager with Amdocs, the largest billing & CRM provider in the world.
Yoram Nir holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia USA.

Asher Touriel – Chief Financial Officer
Asher Touriel is a CPA and legalist and is in charge of all aspects of finance in Success Charging Group, including accounting, taxation, economy, budget and treasury.
Before joining to Success Charging Asher held a senior role in Ness Technologies Inc. as deputy vice president of Tax. Asher is certified to practice as a CPA and in addition holds an L.L.B. degree from Ono Academic Center.
Gil Shai - VP Human Resources
Gil brings an extensive experience in global HR management from various multinational high tech companies. Before joining Success Charging, Gil served in HR leadership roles at Amdocs, supporting business units operating in North America, Europe, India, Asia Pacific, South Africa, Central America and Israel.
Previously, Gil served as an HR Director at Polycom Israel (formerly Accord) and Tower Semiconductor. Gil has a Master Degree in Social Psychology from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Yigal Plot – Chief Technology Officer
Yigal Plot has over 30 years of experience in electronic and computer engineering. As CTO of Success Charging he is in charge of all scientific and technological subjects, and concerned with "big picture" and long-term issues.
Prior to joining Success Charging, Yigal Plot has worked at the Israel Aircraft Industries MBT research and development plant, and participated in the development of large military systems. In the last decade he spent several years in England, studying for a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.

Doron Meigners - Marketing Communications Manager
Doron Meigners has more than 20 years of experience in marketing communications. He has worked in diverse fields such as digital printing, medical devices, software, educational institutions, video games and more. He has managed marcom systems with responsibilities such as international advertising and PR, corporate branding, concept, creative and production in all types of marketing and presentation tools. Doron is a quaified TV and video producer with 15 documentary credits in mainstream broadcast channels and hundreds of television shows. He is owner and president of Videa Productions, a Israeli production company. Doron holds BA and MA degrees (Magna Cum Laude) in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology.
