Thomas Ludwig – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, Austria, Belgium , Germany , Holland and Switzerland

Thomas Ludwig has over 24 years of Business Development and Management experience in a wide range of diverse industries including: property development and centre management, e-business, car park operations and green mobility. He has served as a General Manager with Centre Management Müller GmbH, a property management company, General Manager with Siemens and was co-founder of VivaNova, an online pharmacy. As General Manager with APCOA, he was first-mover responsible for the roll-out of RWE’s electrical charging infrastructure in Germany . Prior to joining Success Charging, Thomas was a senior consultant with Dornier Consulting – a leader in the green mobility industry.

Chris Wortley – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, UK

Chris Wortley is a Business Development and Consultancy specialist in the Car Parking industry. Before joining Success Charging he was Retail Business Development Manager for London Gatwick Airport, New Business Director at Vinci Park UK, General Manager - On Street Parking for APCOA parking, and General Manager Operations- On Street Parking for the UK division of Central Parking Corporation of America (CPS). Chris is currently head of his own consultancy firm specializing in Airport Car Parking services, Pre-Booking and eCommerce. He holds an MBA in International Business Strategy from the Henley Business School.

Stephen V. Mooney – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, USA East Coast

Stephen V. Mooney is a Business Development specialist in the hotels, resorts and gaming industries with some 15 years of experience in the field. He has served as Director of Franchising and Development of Wyndham Hotels, Midwestern U.S. Region, Vice President and Company Officer of Prime Hospitality Inc. where he developed prime hotels and resorts for AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites brands, Vice President Oak Brook Hospitality and Director of Franchise Development for Choice Hotels International. He currently manages his own company which focuses on the development and funding of hotels and resorts in Latin America. Stephen holds an MBA from Indiana University

Jake Mailey – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, West Coast USA

Jake Mailey has served as Sales Manager in a number of leading American firms, including Fortune 500 companies, with a specialty in building and engineering projects. He has consistently led his sales teams to the top regional position. Jake brings to the Success Charging team vast experience working with demanding clients, to ensure they receive tailor-made products that fit their precise needs. Past experience includes Midwest Regional Manager for Mechanics Choice – a maintenance and repair products company, General Manager of the Container Specialties Group – a storage tanks and containers company, Western Regional Manager for Davidson Reinforcing – a post tension building firm and Sales & Marketing Manager for Exclusive Realty & Mortgage.

Brian Waalkes – Head of Sales & Director of Business Development, USA Mid-West & Texas

Brian Waalkes has over 40 years of sales and sales management experience in a wide range of business environments from sales to small businesses to managing large Fortune 100 accounts. He spent 20 years with Motorola selling data communications networks to Fortune 500 companies. He was senior major account manager of the Ameritech/SBC account which was later purchased by AT&T. He has served as Director of Franchising Development for Wyndham Hotels in the mid-west and Canada. He is also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Brian has a BS degree from Western Michigan University.

Richard J Dion - Head of Sales & Director Business Development, Canada

Richard is a profound believer in the improvement of living standards through scientific and technological advancement. He went through college studying sciences and accounting then pursued university studies in geomorphology and later in law. Richard managed Real Estate and new telecommunication network development for over ten years with predominant Canadian providers such as Rogers Communications and Telus. Founded Netcom Consulting Services Inc., which for more than a decade, has rendered services to Real Estate and telecommunication developers, public utilities and energy providers throughout Canada. His work brought him to live and travel throughout the continent, providing him with an understanding of North American diversities and challenges.

Sofia Lucas – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, Portugal & Spain

Sofia Lucas is a Project Manager and Team Leader in the Finance industry. For the past five years she has worked for Multigestion Iberia S.A. of the GFKL Group; first as a Project Manager doing due-diligence and analysis on non-performing loans and currently as Team Leader of the Portfolio Valuation and Acquisition Department, as well as for Secured Portfolios. Prior to this she was Asset & Legal Manager for Domusvenda, S.A. Sophia holds a law degree from Universidade Lusiada.

Piero Mazzonzelli – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, Italy & France

Piero Mazzonzelli is Real Estate Asset and Acquisition Manager with almost two decades of experience in the field. Prior to joining Success Charging Piero was Asset and Acquisition Manager at Altarea Italia of the Altarea Cogedim group – a French property investment company involved in shopping center investments and development. Previously he was CFO of Societe Des Centres Commerciaux Italia of the LSGI Group, a leading private investor in France, Spain, Belgium and Italy which owns 22 shopping centers across Europe. He has also served as Assistant to the Group President, Asset Manager and Controller of Societe Des Centres Commerciaux.

Morten Nielsen – Head of Sales & Director Business Development, Denmark, Norway & Sweden

Morten Rolighed Nielsen has more than 20 years of sales and business development experience within a wide range of industries, including serviced office solutions, wireless financial services and IT training. Prior to joining Success Charging he was Director of Sales for the Nordic and Baltic countries of Regus, a multinational corporation providing serviced office solutions for over 1200 business centres worldwide. Previous to this he was Sales Director for Microworld Nova, an international recognised IT Training company and Microsoft accredited Partner.

One of the highlights in his career commenced in 1995 when he was part of the initial team that built up one of the world's leading providers of wireless financial services, which in 2000 sold to Reuters and Aether Systems for 85USD. After the acquisition and until his departure in 2006, Morten held the position of Managing Director for the UK and European division of TeleCommunication Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:TSYS).
